Kids at Westgate playground

This was the first time the kids are at the Westgate playground. Which is rather interesting since we live rather close to the place. They had fun there and got stuck on the rock wall. They had no problems getting up and getting down was a different matter.

After the parachute making, Esther took the rest of the material and made a little guy out of aluminium foil, newspaper and scotch tape.

I guess with the availability of Haswell-E, my next server will be based on that. With updated storage and DDR4 memory, it will probably meet my needs of more memory and storage. SATA controller went south

So the Sonnet Tempo SATA E2P died. It was throwing lots of errors when reading causing it to freeze. At least the system did not go under. The card was connected to two Hotway ProBoxes so that brought down half of my storage capacity. In short really bad. So off I went looking for a new Sil3132 and ...
