Next stop is a ice cream place which is very popular in Taichung. It was originally an eye clinic before it became an ice cream store. The interior is quite beautiful and the ice cream was pretty good.
After lunch, we visited Sheng Ji New Village which had little stores selling craft. Not too bad, the place was not very big, but there were some interesting stuff.
We had a light lunch at this very cute waffle place. The waffles were really nice.
We checked out of the hotel and started the trip back to Taipei. Along the way, we stopped at Zhongshe Flower Market. Pauline loves these flower places as she feels really happy looking at the flowers. I had a wonderful time photographing insects :-)
We took a nice morning walk around the hotel and took some nice photos. In one of the stores, we saw this bubble blowing sponge which is very cute.
We had a quick dinner from the small night market next to the hotel.
We were just in time for a boat tour which visited different docks scattered around the Sun Moon Lake. It was quite fun to go around to visit the different spots.
