Had breakfast at the hotel and took these nice city views. Made me realize how polluted the city is.
We had dinner at a french restaurant called Colette French Bistro & Wine Bar. It was just across the street and it was not too bad. Here is Pauline having a Margarita.
We went for a bit of shopping at the Aeon Mall (Ha Dong) where we tried their local coffee chain called Highlands Coffee. It was not too bad but I really like their bread sticks. Sort of like a thin baguette with pate.
Pauline holding the grapes that she brought from the market early in the morning when we were doing our photography session.
We were staying at the Bendecir Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was hotel, a couple of things are not quite working that well but passable. The view from the breakfast place at the top of the hotel is quite nice. The breakfast was quite good. They have this really cute octopus like sausages.
Virtually everywhere I go, there is a Mixue, even in Vietnam.
Pauline booked a photography session where the instructor brought us around to take pictures. It was quite interesting to walk around as he brought us to the market area which is not something we would be able to explore on our own.
Saw some interesting T shirts at the night market.
We had Pho at a small shop and Pauline had a beer as she was feeling cold.
Pauline brought a traditional Vietnamese dress.
