The website has been updated for the new year with some minor style changes. Bootstrap has been updated to version 5 and there is now support for embedded Youtube videos. Each of the post also has the previous and next post.

Crispy french fries

Esther and I made these crispy french fries which are super soft in the middle in the oven. Really yummy. We followed the recipe from Adam Ragusea which worked really well (link below). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6kcANnAJSo I peeled and cut the potatoes while Esther did the rest.

Gardens by the Bay

On an early Christmas Day, we went to the Gardens by the Bay Flower Dome. Was expecting a lot of people but it was not too bad. All the photos were taken using the iPhone, the new macro mode is really quite wonderful. Since I like macro, this is a great feature for me.
