The next day we went for a river tour to have a look at the buildings in Chicago which is famous for the architecture. Unfortunately, it was a foggy day so the tops of the buildings were covered in fog. And boy was it cold, the temperature combined with the wind is really something.

We saw this beautiful statue of Alexander Hamilton at the Lincoln Park. Esther absolutely loves the musical.
We did a city tour around to take a look at the landmarks of Chicago. First up were a couple of buildings.
We had breakfast at a nearby sandwich shop called the Potbelly Sandwich Shop which was really nice. This was followed by breakfast round two with Helen and Pei Yan.
After the museum, we hunted down a place for the deep dish pizza. The place that we had it in the end was at Lou Malnati's which is considered to be the oldest family pizza business in Chicago. After a long drive which is all thanks to Helen, we finally reached Chicago at the DoubleTree Hotel.
