Took the opportunity to have breakfast after sending Ernest off to camp. This is Pauline's favorite local coffee at Taman Jurong hawker Centre. Thick and fragrant.

Esther turned 11 today :-) We celebrated with a cake that she made (a vanilla cake with royal icing in turquoise, a color which she loves that she mixed with food dyes). After a dinner consisting of food that she helped with (homemade french fries are fantastic). Which came complete with a menu. Not ...

We went to Dakota Crescent for our first outdoor painting. It was raining initially but the sun came up a while later. Ernest needed new shoes for his cross country CCA and we went over to Running Labs at Marina Square to have his feet looked at. He has flat feet so he needs stability shoes.
