Had a cold brew at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf while waiting for the kids to finish their ice skating session at JCube. Not too bad. Looks like a glass of beer.

Donut's birthday was coming and Esther decided to do a painting of her as she had done for her first birthday. I must say that Esther is really good with this.

There is actually a script at UCSC that gets the genome chromosome lengths. Download location at: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.x86_64/ The binary name is fetchChromSizes.
