Flow rate issue

I noticed that the flow rate on the Lelit Bianca V3 seems to be a bit slow. So I timed a ~20 second flow and determine the amount of water via a scale.

The first attempt was 1.743 ml/s and the second was 1.695 ml/s, so it averages to 1.719 ml/s.

That is very slow compared to what it should be which is about 6 to 6.5 ml/s.

Backflushed it but not much improvement.

Interestingly, moving the paddle from 0 to full flow rate a couple of times restores the flow.

After moving the paddle, the average was 6.448 ml/s (3 attempts, 6.219, 6.557 and 6.567) which is what would be expected. This is so strange.
