The TV is gone

The TV screen's coating is falling off so we got the folks to take it back for repairs. They were quite reluctant at first, insisting that our cleaning caused the issue but they still came down and had a look prior to replacing the screen. So it worked out in the end, and it was really quick, they just took a day to do this.
